No. While we offer select products made without gluten-containing ingredients, our bakery handles gluten -containing ingredients in the same kitchen. Because of the potential for cross-contact, our gluten-free products are not appropriate for individuals with celiac disease or anyone who needs to avoid trace amounts of gluten.

We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays so that your order does not sit in transit over the weekend. Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. on Thursday will ship the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday. Shipping is generally overnight.

Currently, we ship to all zip codes in California. We do not ship to PO boxes or postal lockers.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items. If your order arrives with a product defect, please contact us at hi@kissesbakeryco.com and include photos of the product and its original packaging. We’ll review your
request and, at our discretion, may provide store credit toward a future purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or for damage that occurs during delivery.
